Is this the same as motor saver?

I don't believe so but it works very well for stopping leaks. The thing is it says to drive 500 miles after putting it in. It seems as though only then leaks stop completely.

Can you mix Ceretec with Oil stop leak?

I have a 2012 mini I put the stop leak in 2 days before I changed my oil while already having ceretec in to test it and it didn’t cause any issues came out normal does cause some discoloration to the oil so don’t freak if it looks a little odd on the next change

Can i add liqui molly to a fresh oil change

Yes that would be the best way to use it that way it last longer and you will definitely feel and see a difference immediately! My Husband loves this stuff for all our vehicles!!!!!
