This made a lovely quality gift, looks expensive, it is very well made, strong and sturdy has a good weight to it. The brush is super soft and well made, the bristles are still intact! It also smells great! Can not fault this highly recommended

It was a gift for my son. He totally loved it, really nice quality.

A good quality stand, soap & bowl and of course a badgers hair shaving brush. I like the stand, soap and bowl but unfortunately I didn’t like the badgers hair brush, just didn't like the feel of it so have gone back to my synthetic shaving brush. I have deducted one star just for that reason but I am sure it’s a good quality badgers hair brush if you like that sort of thing.

Shaving as it should be

I had been looking for a nice and small shaving bowl and for something to hold my brush since the last one was too big and bulky so when I saw this for a reasonable price it seemed ideal. When it arrived it was exactly what I wanted so I was able to retire my bulky bowl and have somewhere to put my brush at last. I wasn’t interested in the brush or soap that came with it but the brush was a nice soft one which I will definitely use when my current one gets old. I tried the soap but found it a bit too thin or watery compared to what I use already and it didn’t leave much room in the bowl when it was inside and I use a wet liquid type foam and put a little bit in the bowl which leaves more room for me to swish the brush around than if there was a bar in there so if you want to do that maybe have a think if you need more space. I didn’t so I love this.

It was small compact easy to keep on shelf near the shaving mirror good value for money.

Just what I wanted a big fat brush making soaping up a real pleasure and with a very attractive bowl and stand

The brush and stand look great and very well made. The reason for knocking off one star is the instruction leaflet, which is in several different languages. Parts of the English translation appears to be missing. Also, there's no information on the soap that comes with the set.

Gave this as a gift to my husband and my son and they LOVE it! The brush is perfect, full and not prickly - the soap leaves the skin very soft and allows for a close shave because of how thick and foamy it gets - and the stainless-steel bowl allows for the brush and soap to remain clean and hygienic. Wonderful product - highly recommend!

Bon produit, ne regrette pas l'achat

I wanted to get away from plastic containers of shaving cream, so I bought this set to try shaving with soap. I have been using it for 6 months now. I really like the shave I get. I think the soap is better to shave with than shaving cream or foam I have used in the past. The stand is light, but effective. The metal bowl has not changed color, nor has the stand. I seem to get a very sufficient lather from the Anbbas soap using this bowl. The bristles are soft, and the small handle fits my hand really well. The only downside is the discoloration of the wood under the metal edge. This has not affected anything except visually. The soap does not have a fragrance. I don't see that as a downside. From what I have read, the fragrance only lasts for the duration of the shave, and washing off the soap washes off the fragrance. I'm glad Anbbas helpled me make the switch to wet shaving June 2024 I bought a few other brushes and soaps in the last 6 months to try. I recently came back to this brush and soap, and found I like this soap better than the two other soaps I have tried (one of which is 3 times the cost of Anbbas). The soap makes a nice lather, and the brush is just as good, if not better, than all the other 5 I have bought. I will definitely keep this soap on hand
