do the necks stay tight or do they stretch out?

I normally wear an XL t-shirt for everyday wear. However, I went with size LG under my ballistic vest and uniform. The necks do stay tight and I am getting ready to buy another pack.

are these the ones from vietnam 100%? because those are the ones i want

The last ones I bought were made in Honduras, and I will not buy them again. The ones made in Vietnam were heavier cotton. The stitching never came loose. The necks were high and tight. The fabric grayed quickly. The Honduran product was exactly opposite. If I can't find Kirkland's made in Vietnam, I'll spend my money elsewhere on a better product.

How is the shrinkage on these .. do the bottom hems ride up to the waist after a few washings ? Hate that.
