FABULOUS! DON'T HESITATE TO BUY!
Fabulous! If you want to turn out chef standard Madeleines, this is the baking tray for you! Compliments were flowing on the perfectly even bake, texture and taste of those I made on receipt of the baking tray. As much as I would like to have taken credit for this, I explained that, in fact, it was all thanks to this wonderful baking tray. An absolute dream to bake with. Thank hyou so much Amazon!

Very strong and sturdy
Took a chance on this make, as I didn’t know which brand to go with. I am very pleased with the quality Quite heavy, looks like it will last for years. Just tried for the fist time, with Gluten Free lemon mixture😋OMG, they were amazing. Better than ‘Muggle’ bought ones, as I remember them. And even better than GF bought. I thought they were quite good for GF, but don’t hold a patch on these. Even my ‘Muggle’ Hubby loves them. I did butter them and they came out so easy. Would highly recommend.

Nice but shallow
Great tray for madeleines. After baking the madeleines are easy to be removed, it's also very easy to clean. The only thing I'm removing one star for is that it's quite shallow, so the cookies don't come out as defined.

the real deal. Heavy-gauge metal: gets the madeleine 'bump. formed. Suggest you pipe the mixture in! mixture shd be very gelatinous & sticky.

Excellent quality and finish
I purchased this product a month ago and I am very happy with it. Arrived bigger than I had anticipated, but was thrilled with the excellent quality and finish. Baked with it today and it produced perfect cakes with absolutely no sticking (I did use baking spray tho). Clean up was a breeze ... just wipe clean with a damp kitchen towel. I like how the pan looks and feels sturdy and very durable. A highly recommended product for a very reasonable price tag. Happy I bought it.
