Fabulous handline. I tow it along behind my paddle board hook the line round my toe and off I go. Never fails, turns over and surfaces ever time there's a fish on. Line never gets tangled as long as you don't tangle it when pulling in. Then drop it back in and the tide alone drags it down. Very happy, just bought another two and thought I'd better leave a review as the rating given doesn't do the product justice. And for the price it's fed me many times. Did take off two spoons and added two feathers instead but the 1 spoon always catches still. Update. Just been sailing about 5-6 knots of wind trawling with the paravane off Portland. Two rods out and the handline, nothing caught on the rods as needed too much weight the Fladen however again 10 big Mackerel, flipped over every time and a bucket full of fish. Definitely 5 star product.

Really pleased with my purchase. Easy to change the end set up to use in multiple situations.

Great value for money BUT re-tie the spinners onto the line. I lost two of mine within 30 minutes!

The handle, line and vane are excellent! Sadly however the hooks and swivels are not stainless steel so rusted in dry storage after a one week sea sailing trip.

Exactly as described, great value and everything but on my first use when there was no mackerel around I didn’t catch anything so I’m really disappointed ;)

Beginner Fisherman here. Dragged from back of yacht while sailing. Within 30 mins there were two fish on the line. Tried proper fishing rods and nothing after 4 hours! Well worth the money just to tie it off the back of the boat and leave it to do it’s job.

I was excited to unbox and try out my new hand line today. The wooden reel felt smooth and it was easy to let out the paravane and the 3 attached spoons. After trolling for about 15 minutes, I brought in the line to find that the black braided line had frayed and snapped, resulting in my losing the 3 spoons that came with it. I noticed another fray in the line above the paravane and am glad that it didn’t snap as well, as I would’ve lost the paravane as well. I would highly suggest just ordering the paravane and spoons separately or replacing all of the cheap black line that comes with it; otherwise you risk losing the entire rig.

Aggiornamento 22 dicembre 2016 Probabilmente lo sgombro che si era attaccato a luglio appena gettata la lenza aveva vocazioni suicide perchè in tutta la stagione non ha più abboccato nulla. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aggiornamento 2 luglio 2016 Provato per scherzo una decina di minuti procedendo intorno ai 3 nodi su un fondale di 9 metri. Incredibile ma vero ci si è attaccato uno sgombro di una trentina di centimetri. E pensare che l'avevo acquistato senza particolari speranze. Mi son dovuto ricredere. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Al momento dell'acquisto ho dovuto verificare cosa effettivamente fosse compreso andandomi a cercare l'ASIN del prodotto su Amazon inglese. Riassumo il contenuto della confezione: - n. 1 immagazzinatore a manovella (molto comodo per far su la lenza) - circa 50 m di sagolino nero - n.1 affondatore idrodinamico simile agli STIM (non originale); - n. 3 cucchiani ondulanti con singolo amo (non c'è un ancorotto per capirci). La sagola è già avvolta nell'immagazzinatore, segue un affondatore, ed infine una girella doppia con attaccati 3 terminali di diverse misure con relativo cucchiaino ondulante. I terminali non so di che diametro siano ma a occhio sono piuttosto grossi (credo sia almeno uno 0.50) e non danno l'idea di essere di gran qualità (ho provveduto a sostituirli con dei terminali 0.25 in fluorocarbon). Quanto all'effettiva efficacia nella pesca non ho ancora avuto modo di testarla. Diciamo che vista la relativa economicità del tutto non mi aspetto chissà cosa, ma del resto è solo un modo come un altro per ingannare il tempo e fare conversazione nei trasferimenti in barca a vela.

Ich habe es nur für das Holz gekauft. Das Spielzeug dabei ist witzig, jedoch muss die Schnur ausgetauscht werden.

Lo compre solo por que me hacia falta un profundizador y estos valían igual que todo este aparejo junto, solo he usado la pieza que necesitaba y funciona bien

Ho allungato il terminale di due metri e sostituito l'artificiale ed ha subito catturato una buona spigola. Molto pratico e comodo!

Désolée mais la poignée a lâchée quand j'ai déroulé la ligne tout est parti à la mer sauf la poignée.
