Much better packaging than the tins
Much less wasteful packing than the tins. Also takes up less cupboard space. We get through quite a lot of these, so pleased that we don't have to create so much landfill now!

The design has changed
The design has changed so the capsules no longer have the red rim on the bottom. They don’t fit as well into the machine and they make really insipid coffee now. I’m really worried I’ll have to invest in a new machine

Authentic illy product at a good price. Good value at a better price than illy’s Subscription service. I tried refillable aftermarket capsules and they were junk, stick with the originals.
