Very effective torch & no more relying on batteries!

Reasonable weight and has a good solid feel about it, also the charging handle seems strong enough. It’s not a powerful beam but it’s certainly good enough for emergencies.

I hang this on my kitchen door and it’s great for putting out the late night rubbish or going on a slug hunt after the rain, a quick couple of turns of the crank and we have light. Not the strongest beam in the world but it does the job, also very tough after dropping it a time or two.

Robust feel and does the job. I would say the difference in light output between the first setting (one bulb) and the second setting (three bulbs) is pretty minimal. I have no way of knowing if the solar charger works unless I let one completely discharge and then leave it in the sun. So the jury is out on that one. What I would say is that it could benefit from some sort of light to show when it's charging or what the level of charge is - but I guess you can't have everything.

So, ordered this so we could tell the Dick Turpin energy companies where to stick their rip off energy bills. And it's brilliant!.. wind up lighting at anytime of the late evening and into the morning. Lightweight and easy to work, saves us having to put certain lights on as we walk around the house. Shame I didn't have it handy this morning though, when in a darkened hallway at 4.45am, I stepped off the bottom step onto a gooey smelly puddle accident the dog had done.. so my advice; always keep it handy!.

This was smaller than I expected but that’s not a bad thing. Fits easily in your pocket and the first thing that impresses is how solid this feels including the winding mechanism. You wind at about 3 revolutions a second and not like some maniac possessed, as winding too fast could damage it, warns the very small manual. Don’t expect this torch to throw out a massive amount of light as it is about 8lms but it’s adequate for walking at night, looking in a loft etc. Just don’t except it light up a room. I bought this as a standby torch that I know I can always use and not be left hunting for batteries in the dark. A compact solid torch wind up torch with solar charging built in.

The build- it’s very well built feel solid, the crank is nice and tuck away very nicely, I haven’t charged it via sun light yet, For brightness it’s alright not as bright as I would like it… but for the price it fits well would defiantly recommend if you want a good flashlight if your not looking to spend a load of money. And you don’t have to pay for batteries or use electricity

Excellente lampe d'appoint, plus lumineuse que ce que j'avais imaginé. L'autonomie de la batterie est plus que suffisante après une minute de charge. L'option de pouvoir utiliser l'énergie solaire me paraît superflue puisque la manivelle est largement suffisante et beaucoup plus efficace. Lampe utilisée dans des conditions humides sans le moindre problème. Semble relativement solide même si des craquements se font entendre lors de l'utilisation de la manivelle. À voir sur le long terme...

Elle n'éblouit pas les yeux mais éclaire et vous n'aurez jamais à acheter des piles. Tournez la manivelle (très fonctionnelle) et votre lampe torche éclaire à merveille. La bonne taille permet de la mettre dans la poche. Ni trop grande ni trop petite. Ce n'est ps un gadget. C'est un objet bien pensé et très utile.

Buena calidad de construcción, perfecta para no quedarte tirado sin baterías. En la parte inferior tiene una dinamo para poder recargarle la batería, en el otro lado integra un pequeño panel solar, la dejamos bajo la luz solar y la tenemos lista para usar. Es sumergible hasta 5 metros. Tiene 3 modos de encendido, 1 led, 3 leds o los 3 leds intermitentes. La potencia de los leds de la linterna es bastante básica, está más bien pensada para alumbrar a poca distancia, también te puede sacar de un apuro en casa si se va la luz. Está bien construida y parece robusta, quizás resulta algo grande teniendo en cuenta la potencia de los leds.

Acquista come regalo per mio figlio di 4 anni quando siamo in campeggio o semplicemente per giocare a casa, di dimensioni non troppo eccessive e dal peso bilanciato, permette di caricare a manovella utilizzando la dinamo, molto istruttivo anche per i bambini. La carica poi sembra inesauribile e strutturalmente pronta a riceve botte e cadute. Molto utile anche da tenere in auto senza doversi preoccupare di avere le batterie cariche, con una decina di giri si hanno tranquillamente 40 minuti di luce,......

I purchased 3 wind up emergency flashlights at my local hardware store, and have only used them infrequently. Unfortunately, even with light use, 2 out of 3 broke within a year or two. Since I really don't like to waste money on items that break so easily, I searched around a lot before getting this particular rechargable flashlight. It has an added bonus of having a small solar panel to help it charge, but the value I find it in is as simple as the feel of the flashlight in my hand. It's very sturdy and heavy. I can tell that it's parts are no where near as flimsy as the previously mentioned flashlights. This is a really tough little flashlight, and it's working great so far. The extended warranty from the company is reassuring. Great, bright light. Easy crank handle that has a good solid feel to it, easy to work. Tiny solar charger built in. Multifunction light (including flashing). If I had to stock a few more emergency kits, this would be my first choice for a flashlight.
