Perfect product for the beginning of weaning journey! My baby loves these and finds them easy to hold. Stain resistance is good and they wash easy. The design is nice and ensures the spoon isn't too loaded.

These little spoons are really great! I was skeptical, but they’re amazing. My little one who is 6m could hold them very well and could turn them around for self feeding and use them with ease. They’re exactly the right size for little hands. They also double up as great teethers.

Good quality and the spoons are soft, I don’t worry if my baby uses for teething during meal time. I won’t use it to feed him, because the spoon doesn’t really hold food. The one with a hole in the middle is really difficult to clean, especially when I feed him purée, it was stuck in the middle. Good size for small hand.

These are expensive but they are excellent. I bought these before we started our weaning adventure based on the reviews and despite the price but they have been worth every penny. They are firm enough to hold easily and not unbalance when loaded, soft enough not to hurt gums and the rubberised grip help little hands hold on even with slippy foods! My 8 month old has been using these since we started weaning at 6 months, she's a fiercely independent eater and hates being spoon fed but enjoys 'wetter' food such as hummus, guacomole, smoothies and stews which requires a little help. These offer a little sanity for me, I preload the most appropriate one of these and either hand it to her or pop it on the high chair tray for her to pick up depending on just how independent she is being and she has always got it bang on target. Her sister took to using her hands with gusto via BLW and her aim was all over the place at first with food in her hair, ears, eyebrows etc, this baby we are using mix of BLW and traditional as she is not as enthusiastic about food meaning she does have 'messier' purees and such but she is much neater and only gets a mucky mouth thanks to these easy to direct spoons. She feels the sense of independence and control and I can trust she will get them in her mouth. A tip if you are struggling to feed them enough due to this attitude is to let them hold their spoon and then they may be more amiable to a scoop from another type of spoon (say long handled) you are giving them, my daughter is more open to a spoonful from mummy if she is holding her special spoons. I wouldn't be without these spoons now and would definitely buy them as a weaning gift for a friend or relative or indeed again if I have a third!

Not actually a fan of these 😅 I've tried to use these loading with some banana and letting baby explore but it creates more frustration then enjoyment I’ve found. Maybe it’s a thing of your baby either like this kind of thing or prefers a traditional spoon but to me I think a normal weaning spoon is just better it may lead to more mess and misses but that’s the fun of weaning. The spoon without the gaps is too thick and flat too in my opinion unless used maybe for yoghurt where it coat the spoon all over. Needless to say we don’t get much if any use of this product in our home much prefer normal silicone spoons personally.

These spoons are truly invaluable! If you’ve seen these on TikTok / instagram and thought meh they can’t be that good, I thought the same but they are so worth it! We started my daughter on purree around 5 weeks ago just before she turned 5 months (early I know but she’s 95th percentile she needed it). She's always been great at getting things to her mouth.She can self feed with a regular spoon but it looked extremely awkward. The spoons were just too big for her mouth and the handles too long. So she was constantly getting it in her eyes or having to tip the spoon handle down to get it in causing the food to slide off and all over the handle. This caused her a lot of frustration ( and me). Now that we’ve hit 6monrhs old I wanted to move to BLW which had been my original plan before she was even born but with her needing food earlier plans change. We struggled the last few days! She did not want to touch anything she wanted no part in anything that wasn’t puree. HOWEVER these spoons arrived today and they completely changed our dinner time. From lunch to dinner was like night and day. She was able to dip the holed spoon into the mashed avacado and self fed her entire dinner. She was so happy! These spoons function so well! The handles are short so there’s no awkward angles for them to combat with. The flat shape of the spoon made it really easy for her to collect the food and she was able to dip into the mash herself to get more. I could not be happier with this product. The material is high quality, easily washed and the colours are just lovely. One of the first things I noticed was the weight of these spoons they have a lovely weight and balance to them which I think makes it easier for baby. Also the silicone does not have the rubbery dragging feeling or silicone flavour that some of the baby products do which I can’t stand. They are super smooth and are tasteless. We used the solid spoon for a bit of porridge later on and again she had no issues what so ever. She is teething and absolutely loved having a chomp on these spoons between eating her food. I will definitely be buying more of these and getting them as a present for anyone I know having a baby

Good for the start

It is really good. My baby just turned 6 months plus, and we introduced soft food. He could still use the spoon and because of its unique mechanism to scoop we could show him the motion for dipping it in a bowl. It also works as a teether and he likes to nib with no harm to gum
