Q: Will this fit a cz shadow 2 with a light

Most probably, it's easily adjustable. The front Velcro opens right out to fit any pistol. It fits my mk23 with suppressor easily

100% will fit a G26 advance, it's very adjustable, it fits my TM desert eagle but I can change the Velcro position to fit my m9 also.

Q: Can it fit guns with a suppressor on

I haven't fitted a suppressor, but I don't think so. There is a strap at the bottom that holds the pistol in, it's adjustable but not wise to remove. It might work for a short pistol but not for the 1911 and p226 that I use it for.
