Try it during lifting weights
If you are one of those who holds their breath during heavy lifting. Try it on but less resistance it will put you in rhythm of breathing. And hey pull all the faces you want and all the noise you want to make without disturbing any one around

Excellent equipment but disappointed on packaging
Excellent piece of equipment, but needs to be wrap up more when being shipped out received it with plenty of damage to the box.

Great product bad price
Product does the job I believe. Only downfall it's alot of money and didn't mind paying it as I was lead to believe it came with a storage case/box which now I see I'm not the only one who did not receive it ,in that case we should not be paying that price. Great product very poor advertising

the complete product did not come there was no box to store the mask as shown in the picture. Overall, I rate the quality at 2. 50 f not worth spending
