does it come with an adaptor

No it's a 2-pin plug so needs an adaptor. I think all electric toothbrushes come like that and without an adaptor.

what brushes are used with the 600?

One brush supplied with toothbrush replacements can be bought from most tooth care outlets, Boots etc

Is the oscillation and pulse speed the same on this brush as the models higher in the range?

This brush produces 8,000 oscillations (rotations) per minute and 20,000 pulsations (vibrations). The higher models have the same oscillations, but with 40,000 pulsations.

Does this model have a pressure sensor?

The description specifically says 'PRESSURE SENSOR'. Why are you saying it does not have this feature???
