Multivitamin Tablets for Teen Boys, Wellteen Him Plus

This needs to be taken regularly for the benefits. Great for teens. Son doesn’t like the hard tablets as he said it smells.

Vitabiotics Wellteen Him Plus has become my go‑to choice for supporting my teen’s daily health. It provides reliable nutritional support and fits easily into his routine, giving me confidence in its consistency.

These are a great price on subscribe and save. They are a little bit bigger than other multivitamins which may be something to consider if your teen isnt great at taking tablets. There are 2 a day too, one multivit and 1 omega-3 capsule. My turn takes them just fine though and says that he feels better when taking them regularly.

Like most of Vitabiotics' range this Wellteen Him Plus supplement is really just a general multivitamin with some of the most teen-male-appropriate vitamins and minerals boosted slightly. This Plus version is a two-part supplement and comes with a Omega-3 fish-oil capsule too - the original 'non-Plus' version of the Vitabiotics Wellteen Him supplement has exactly the same multivitamin tablet just without the Omega-3 capsule. As a general multi-vitamin it's got a decent range of nutrients and they're mostly present in meaningful quantities. There does seem to be an attempt to balance the different nutrients in ratios that would be more beneficial to a male teenager, especially if they're otherwise living on pizza and burgers and fresh vegetables rarely feature in their diets. The amount of Vitamin E included, although it's present in both tablet and capsule, seems a bit low to me, it is one of the more expensive ingredients and is often lacking in multivitamin supplements, but maybe that's because teen males don't need so much of it, although I tend to doubt that. There's a decent amount of Zinc, which is important for skin renewal amongst many other things, and can help clear teen acne sometimes. It's particularly worthwhile nutrient in teen males for reasons I probably don't need to get into here (clue: men store a lot of their Zinc reserves in their testes - at least temporarily). Although Vitabiotics market this supplement at a particular demographic it's basically just a good quality multivitamin that would probably benefit anyone taking it regularly. It's got levels that are just high enough to make a difference and seems better balanced than most supermarket supplements which tend to feature the cheapest ingredients in the largest quantities. Both tablet and capsule are relatively easy to swallow and together offer a good daily insurance policy for your teenager's well-being.

Definitely saw an improvement in my sons sleep pattern and skin! Could see the difference when he stopped to when he was taking them. (Ran out and within a week you could see that they were actually helping him.)

My sons used these, and I have no feedback. He is in his teens, sorry. It was delivered on time, and was wrapped nicely.
