20 years warranty for Kapitan liquid soap dispenser Does it come as a certificate of warranty or does one have to register after itemis received?

Hello, the product comes with a warranty card. The 20 years warranty is given by the manufactures as there will be no rust on the item/holder as the material is 18/10 steel. The only part that may need replacement every few years is the pump which is a replacement part.

Ive lost the mounting instructions! Can anyone tell me how to get this off the wall?

As far as I can remember the stainless steel 'ring' that sits against the wall is a very tight push fit on the shaft supporting the dispenser. Once that is pulled back from the wall the fitting can be adjusted/unscrewed.It is tight so may need a bit of leverage.

What size of replacement pump would be required please?
