This is a great headset. I use a softphone at work as well as am often on Teams or Zoom meetings. I love the freedom of a wireless headset to have my hands free without cords getting in the way of typing. It is also important that the sound is clear because clear sound conveys a more professional image. This headset works perfectly, and the sound quality is outstanding. I've had comments that people think I am on a handset for calls. I've also been impressed with the stability of the connection. I haven't had any difficulty using the headset or connecting it for calls or online meetings. Also, It will stay charged for an entire day without the need to charge it. The headset is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods and it fits perfectly. I sometimes forget I'm wearing it. It comes with a bluetooth adapter, but I was able to easily connect it directly to my computer's bluetooth without the adapter. Set up was very easy, and I was using it in minutes. It also comes with a very convenient charging stand, which makes storage and charging very easy. I've tried a number of headsets (some of which were much more expensive), and I can say this one is the best I've tried in terms of sound quality, stability of the connection, comfort, and ease of use. If you want a professional sounding headset that his trouble free, I don't think you will be disappointed.

I have been using the headset for five days now and my experience so far has been truly excellent. My laptop Bluetooth didn't connect with any of my headsets so I bought this headset that has it's own bluetooth adapter. This headset always connects and it is great that it connects to any computer no matter what the O.S. is. Just move the dongle from Windows 10 to windows 11, and the headset connects to the dongle, no need to repair. Also, paired with my phone and it works like a charm. The sound is clear and canceled the noise out perfectly! It is built robust, but light and comfortable to wear. The battery life seems good. I highly recommend this headset. It sits very comfortably on the ear for all day The battery life is great, and the charging station is a plus for extra charging. You can connect the USB charging cable directly to the headset if you are not at home and do not have the charging station. Compared to other wireless headset I have, the sound quality is better, and the noise cancellation is super. Highly recommend.

This headset is really good quality! They were super fast on the delivery and the packaging was great! The earpiece is comfortable and the mouthpiece is positioned to where it’s not exactly in front of my mouth, which I like. I am soooo glad that I decided to get these over a pair that I was about to order that were $150! So glad that I came across these. The hook up is super simple. You just plug the USB into the computer and it automatically connects. I was impressed that they came fully charged. So I was able to use them immediately. I work from home and right now, I am in training via Teams. I asked my coworkers how I sounded and they all said that I sounded really good. They said that I didn’t sound loud but clear. Some also said that I sounded mellow. So I got nothing but positive feedback! A few of my colleagues wanted me to send them the name of the headset so they could invest in a pair. So I highly recommend and give these 5 stars across the board.

I wanted a few thing from this product: fit/comfort, sound, and ability to mute. The ear muff part is extremely comfortable and is perfect for blocking out sound. Fit wise it is adjustable but a little tight on your opposite ear i do expect that to go away over time with the fact of usage. In the way of sound I have had no issues with being heard or hearing anything whether on a client call or in a meeting. On the mute button simple and easy to find. Works perfect I had to make sure it works I Wfh and have dogs and also will occasionally talk crap about someone while their talking so making sure I am not heard is definitely important. Luckily it does my one issue is the matter of how you are notified of mute on/off there is a light but it is on the side of the headset out of sight. It also will just tell you mute on or mute off when pressing the button so you kind of have to remember or press again to check.

Disclaimer: The product was provided to me at no cost for review purposes. I like this headset. Most importantly, the sound quality is good. Other than that, it is comfortable to wear, easy to use, the build quality seems good, and the charging base is a nice addition. I have another bluetooth headset like this and its sound quality is terrible so I don't use it. This Mopchnic KH113M has considerably better sound! The only negative that I've seen is when pairing with two devices. The headset only plays sound from one device. This isn't a deal-breaker for me so I did not deduct a star. Testing sound quality: I tested the sound quality by recording voice memos using this headset, and also compared it to my two other headsets and my podcasting microphone. This KH113M headset: Very clear sound quality. My voice sounds fairly "warm" and pleasing to the ear. TaoTronics TT-BH041 bluetooth headset: My voice sounds terrible, like it is coming through a bad phone connection. Not usable IMO. The KH113M is way better and wins by far. Plantronics 5220 USB headset: My work-issued USB headset. It sounds very good but my voice sounds a bit cold and thin and it tends to pick up more unwanted s-sounds and my breathing. The KH113M sounded better in both respects, so I would give the KH113M a win. Plus it is wireless. Marantz Podpack USB microphone: This is my best microphone and the one I've been using for all my work calls. It gives me that deep and rich "podcaster" voice. The KH113M did not sound quite as good as this, but it is still pretty good. I'll probably start using the KH113M for all my work calls so I can be wireless.

I've used these with my Android phone at my trcuk and it works great with both. The volume is more than enough to hear callers over my screaming toddler and barking dogs, and better, the person I'm talking to cannot hear my toddler nor dogs!. The range is great, I once was on a call and walked outside my house, not realizing I left my phone inside, the call remained clear the entire time. It's really good product and I highly recommend for any truck drivers because it's extremely comfortable.

I buy this for my wife. It's very nice and light my wife she loves it because don't have any wires attached to it that's why. The look and quality is very good and sound quality excellent. I will do video soon for this product. Thank you very much 🙏.

We have Shaw Cisco phones and I did not know if they would work. Well it works awesome. Plug in the usb in the side of the Cisco phone and link together. Great deal compared to the $300 - $400 ones.

I purchased these for my brother who drives a truck that does not have a Bluetooth connection and has to rely on a IPods connect to his phone. He loved how comfortable it felt wearing them and because it was only using one ear it was aware of the traffic around him. Connecting to his iPhone was easily done and the charged lasted more than day. He highly recommended it.
