Not quite sure seems to work

if you love citrus this is the way to go
I haven't seen growth but my hair has not rescinded either. I am writing because this is the best smelling shampoo I've ever used. I am biased towards things that are citrus so I just wanted to make it known I love that particular smell. If you are like me, definitely give this shampoo a shot.

Smells Good, Didnt Work
Dried my hair out and more fell out. Item arrived in time and smells good. Will not purchase again. Asked for refund. You will pay for your own shipping .

this shampoo really works
it does what it says it does my hair grew back in and i am a regular user of this product. it took 6 months to show any signs of working but it did finally work. have not tried the pills yet.
