Some screws were rusty but it's not the end of the world However the rotating 360 mount clamp was too tight for my gopro 11 to fit in so I had to heat up a knife and cut and thin it out a bit in order for my gopro to fit into the mount other than that everything's alright

Great straps/mounts for my camera. Easy to switch your camera from one mount to the next (as long as you have them all set up ahead of time). I didn't try out the head strap, but I did test out the chest strap and the wrist strap at home, and both were easy to use & felt very secure. I used the backpack clip on an Alaskan trip, and I loved it! The backpack clip is definitely my favorite of the 4 that come with this set. I tend to wear a backpack when I'm out & about on trips/excursions/etc. anyway, so that clip was perfect for me. I used it on a boat excursion to the glacier in windy/rainy conditions. I used it on a 2-mile hike to a waterfall. I used it on a mini hike in the Canadian Yukon. It worked very well every time. I have an older backpack where the straps are a little bit worn, and I never once worried about the clip falling off my backpack strap. It has a very tight grip and never once moved or slipped, and it never got in my way either. It is compatible with my off-brand (NOT GoPro brand) action camera.

The product matched its description perfectly and is of high quality from what I can tell. I'm very happy with it.

I did not receive the complete order… I only received the head strap and a bracket not seen in this picture. I did not receive the chest strap, the wrist strap or the back pack clamp. I would like these items sent to me rather then go through the whole refund process but I can not find a provision for this.
