I have a lot of chronic pain issues including Fibromyalgia & Arthritis which effect my sleep daily! I have only had this product for 3 days and according to my Fitbit I am getting “deeper” sleep & I also feel the difference the next day! Deep sleep is so important when you have any pain issues because during that time is when your body repairs itself!I also fall asleep so much faster & stay asleep for more hours than before! I love this product & have been sharing it with my Husband & Son & they are also recording deeper sleep on their Fitbits!I now need to send some of this to help my daughter sleep better! These work for my whole family & I don’t want to run out of them!

This is my 3rd bottle. I didn't want to keep taking Tylenol PM. Since I hit menopause I have had trouble staying asleep. I take each night 30-45 min before bedtime.Sometimes my eyelids are a little heavy when I first wake up, but that subsides quickly.The combination of herbs is great. I highly recommend.

I've been dealing with sleeping problems my entire life and I really wanted to find something more natural to help sleep through the night.I tried several products which made me extremely drowsy throughout the day until I came by these. They work extremely well. They do not leave me drowsy in the morning nor do I wake up in the middle of the night. Best sleeping pills I've ever taken. Not only am I able to stay asleep all night taking only 1 capsule instead of the recommended 2, but I've had dreams every single night I've taken them. I haven't had dreams I could remember for more than maybe a few times over the last 10 years. This also doesn't leave me feeling like a zombie when I actually wake up. Once eyes are open I'm awake and ready to go. Never been so satisfied with a health product!
