Sugar free cookies!
These sugar free cookies by HighKey were good enough, but I didn't detect much ginger. That strong ginger taste is something I really crave. I didn't really see any other ginger snaps that were sugar free, so I guess you've got the market cornered! Thanks!

Goo goo for ginger!
These ginger snap alternatives are incredibly tasty, holy cow! Very easy to indulge and finish an entire bag, but I dig the small size to keep my serving to just a handful. I appreciate this brand for existing and providing low to no sugar versions of sweet treats. Stuff yeah!

Consistency is good, nice and crunchy, but if what you’re looking for is a ginger snap with a spicy ginger flavor, these are not it. They are very mild spice cookie.

Make sugar free crust's with them!
I grind these up and use instead of Graham crackers for pie and parfait crusts. They work perfectly and you dont need to add melted butter either!

wheres the ginger? cloyingly sweet cinnamon cookies
texture is fine(not snappy like i hoped, just regular cookie texture). flavor is off. doesnt taste like ginger at all, more like cinnamon. like a snickerdoodle without the cream of tartar. VERY SWEET. borderline inedible its so sweet. i might be able to use these in a cheesecake recipe or something but they are NOT gingersnap adjacent. would not purchase from this brand again. way too sweet and wrong flavor.
