I cannot say enough good things about this seller and the quality of their products. Last august, my husband and I received a set of the red and white wine glasses off our registry. We immediately fell in love with them, as we had never had nice wine glasses to drink from before receiving these. These are luxury wine glasses for sure, and they have the most gorgeous shape to them! Even down to the stem of the glass, it just feels elegant. We dont have a lot of cupboard space in our apartment, otherwise we would have bought more sets of each, but we loved the set of 4 white and red glasses we had because they feel so sophisticated and timeless. Roll forward 9 months to now- We went away on vacation last week and had a friend house sit. Our friend used one of the wine glasses and put it in the dishwasher to clean while we were gone. We got back to find it had broken during the cycle (our dishwasher can be quite harsh on items, so we’re picky with what we put in there). We never washed these wine glasses in our dishwasher just because they’re so delicate and precious to us, and it was worth those extra few minutes of effort just to hand wash them. I reached out to the seller to purchase a single replacement glass, and Jane sent one to me within a couple of days. We were quite sad to arrive home from our trip to see that one of our favorite wedding presents has been broken, but Jane was so kind to us in sending a replacement immediately. When we have more cupboard space in our home, we will definitely be buying another set of each the white and red wine glasses!!! I cannot say enough nice things about this company
