I reached out to their customer service to ask some very specific questions regarding case configurations and specs before purchasing, they were extremely helpful and responsive. I have since purchased and set up the computer for home use; so far it is fast, quiet and runs great. I love the size of it, I'm able to place it behind my monitor and free up desk and floor space. I installed my extra 2.5" SSD drive easily and so far it's running great. This computer is a great value for the price, the case is built well and I look forward to running this machine for many years.

This was a really unique product, for the longest I had been wanting a PC but did not have the money for it. After finding out about Mini PCs, I wanted to look for something that worked well with a great price. The KAMRUI Mini PC was an amazing choice. Works perfectly for my home office, super easy to set up small and compact so it doesn't take up much space. Runs Windows incredibly smooth and allows me to stream movies and tv shows. I recommend it!

I use this for my garage shop to run Lightburn for a laser engraver and GRBL / Vectra for a CNC and so far (3 months) has performed well. It's small and light and easily mountable with tape behind the monitor (it did come with a small mounting bracket, but that configuration didn't work for my monitor). Also that bottom half is actually a harddrive expansion that can be removed to reduce it's footprint and slightly improve heat dissipation. Standard Win 11 OS build with minimal bloat installed aside from the normal Windows stuff, and runs fast enough for my needs. The only limit I have found is running Adobe Illustrator for complex designs can get sluggish, but is totally usable for minor design edits on the fly . I knew these limits when I bought it and for $200 it's definitely more capable than I thought it would be. So far it has been a great addition to the shop and capable to do the creative dirty work in a garage without breaking the bank.

This little unit has great capacity, and with every other Windows 11 computer I have used, it loads rather quickly. My setup includes two 27-inch Sceptre monitors, and it handles them quite well. I also purchased a USB hub that allows me to expand the number of devices I can plug into it. Pros: It has a small profile, similar to any other tiny PC, and features a decent number of USB ports. Cons: As with a lot of newer PCs and laptops, this unit only comes with a single 3mm jack that is supposed to be used for both microphones and speakers. Because of that, you will want to use a splitter that will allow you to use both. Also, the onboard wifi is not great. I have had to purchase an external wifi just to get a more stable signal that is a lot closer to the actual speed I should be getting from my router. Something else I noticed is that there is a bit of distortion coming through on the speakers I plugged into the device, which could be a grounding issue.

I got this a couple weeks ago and have been playing with it since. I have to admit, I really love this Mini PC trend. It's powerful and quiet and does everything a bigger system can do. Unboxing the system was simple. All the components were inside and felt secure. It came with the computer, a power cable, HDMI cable, instructions, and screws with a small mounting bracket (e.g. to attach it to a monitor). When it's powered on, it has a nice blue glow, which makes my desk look really mystical in the dark, or has just enough light to let me know it's on. It has a decent amount of ports - two HMDI, which can support 4k monitors (mine are only 1080p), two USB3 ports, two USB2 ports, a wired network port, and a combined microphone/speaker port. One thing I love is how the main body splits - you can put a laptop hard drive in it for extra storage, like large video or game files, or use it slim. It comes with Windows 11 pro, which is ready out of the box. Edge and Chrome ran without complaining, serving up any web page I could find. I wanted to see if this system could handle Linux, so I put Ubuntu on it, and I think it runs even better than Windows, although I'm going to stick with Windows for casual gaming purposes. I can see this being useful for a home office or basic gaming, and at the price, it feels perfect for a holiday gift... but I'm keeping this for myself. Get your own.

Very disappointed and you GET WHAT YOY PAY FOR! I have been in the IT business for over 35 years, and I have always used Dell products. Then with customer concerns over rising priced I started deploying the mini-PC’s and what a disappointment with the lack of support and inferior hardware quality. Sure, out of the box the compact size and lower price seem appealing, yet this is “short-lived” and DON’T expect to get 6-8 years out of these like all the Dell products perform. The fans will fail first and try to get BIOS updates, forget it I have sent so many emails to Kamrui support and its NEVER resolved. I now have M.2 SSD failures and after the drive is replaced Windows-11 fails saying no TPM Support. Searched and searched and searched more and have now sent 3- support emails trying the get a W11 Supported BIOS and still days later NOTHING! Spend the extra money and buy Dell when there is REAL SUPPORT and an organized list when you will not have to spend days trying to get your hardware drivers. Spend the extra money now or regret it later with this inferior crap that will cost tons of hours or waited time! I just search my Amazon orders for Kamrui and I have placed 42 orders wit the first dating back to October 2021 and with those 42 orders I have ordered a total of 63 Kamrui systems for my clients and I have regrated starting last year when these systems started failing one after another. Consider yourself lucky if you get past the three-year mark, which is where I started seeing these failures and I should have reported it over a year ago. Now that its NOT just the fans but now the M.2 drives failing and BIOS that DO NOT support Windows-11 it’s become MORE than AGGERVATING!

I bought this for my brother for his schooling and found out you can even use it like a game console!

ليت لو يوجد تقييم بأقل من نجمة، لأنها شركة سيئة جدًا وما عندها خدمة ولا احترام للعملاء اشتريت منهم جهاز وتعطل بعد أقل من شهر (تعليق وريستارت إجباري مفاجئ لأكثر من عشر مرات يوميًا على الأقل)، فتواصلت مع البائع اللي تجاهلني أسبوعين ثم قال لي ممكن يضبط لو أعدت ضبط الجهاز (فورمات كامل)، وجربتها وما نفعت ثم راسلت الشركة الأم وماطلوني بطلبات مثل (فاتورة أمازون، رقم الطلب، صورة من بطاقة الشحن)، وبعد ما أعطيتهم كل المعلومات المطلوبة ما عاد ردوا علي، وتورطت بالجهاز إلى الآن فاحذر من شراء أي جهاز من عندهم

الجهاز ما اخذ ٥ دقائق ثم طفى من حالة ولا اشتغل
