COLOR WOW Raise the Root Thicken + Lift Spray - All-Day Volume for Fine, Flat Hair without dulling color

I can't praise this product enough! I have used it every day on the front of my hair and I get such great lift and control. It's the best remedy for my flat bangs/fringe and helps me give a piecey look to the hair that usually just hangs. I also use the Dream Coat and Dream Cocktail products, alternating them between washes. Dream Cocktail is leave in and gives great shine to my hair. I've never had such great success in styling my hair. It's helped me from using the scissors so often to cut my bangs because they're lighter and separate so nicely.

I have tried several products and this is the first one that added volume on its own. Other products, I had to combine with mousse to get lift. COLOR WOW Raise the Root is amazing. Easy to use and non- greasy. Will purchase again and definitely recommend!!

Raise the roots, works good, I do think the price point is super high. I can buy a salon products for cheaper at the saloon, than I’m buying this on Amazon and I’m still looking. This is just one of the products I found. I just think it’s way expensive for what it is.. I will let the rest of time give me my opinion. Still buying other products

I have fine thin hair with no volume and this kinda works to add volume. The volume it does add does not last overnight though. Does make hair crunchy if stayed too close to dry hair. Definitely can feel more texture in my hair with this on.

Love this product!! Makes styling my hair much easier & gives great lift from the root! If you have fine hair this is the answer! My hair doesn’t lay flat on my head now!! All the WOW products are game changers when it comes to styling!!

After only a few hours, the product becomes very gritty feeling, and your hair will feel dry and porous to the touch. If you read the ingredients, the first one is denatured alcohol. The rest are other chemicals like polymers. The next morning after using it, my hair felt gummy at the roots where the product had been applied, and it looked dry and dull. My scalp also felt itchy. I didn’t want to risk any further damage or breakage, so I immediately tried to shampoo it out. When I got my hair wet in the shower, it felt weird to the touch, like it had something bonded to it. The first shampoo didn’t remove the buildup or icky coated feeling. I shampooed a second time, something I never do, and it started to feel slightly better, but I could still feel something wasn’t right with my hair. Usually after shampooing, it feels clean and smooth. I didn’t want to do a third shampoo, so I used my regular conditioner and hoped for the best . After blowdrying my hair, it still looked dull and had none of its regular shine or softness which is not at all how my hair usually looks and feels after washing it. The gritty, gummy, feeling at the roots was gone and so was the itching, but my hair still doesn’t feel like it did before I used this product. It definitely damaged my hair. I wish I had checked out the ingredients more thoroughly before buying it. I noted that most of the reviewers who posted a photo or video did so immediately after styling, following their first use of the product, which is when it looks and feels its best. After only a few hours of being in your hair, that’s when the damaging effects will start to appear. This product is getting super over-hyped on social media by influencers. please don’t make the same mistake I did and fall for it . If you need lift at the roots, just use a good quality hairspray and styling products. I reached out to ColorWow with my concerns, and they offered to exchange this product for a different one if I return it. However, after reviewing the list of similar sounding ingredients in their other formulations, I’m going to take the financial hit and the lesson to be more careful in the future. I spent $25 on some thing that is genuinely terrible and should be pulled from the market.

This stuff is really the WOW, I have thin hair but a lot of it, if that makes sense, so it can look and be very flat, with zero volume, I’m not kidding when I say I used this one time, and my hair was transported back to the voluptuous hair of the eighties, haven’t used hair spray in decades but that’s how good the hold was, like I used half a bottle of aqua net to get the hair high, and for it to stay that way without the hard gritty feeling of hair spray, just try it you won’t be sorry, I like others rely on good, even bad reviews before turning over my hard earned dollars on products that may or may not be worth it, so Amazon please please post all reviews even the bad ones

El spray más malo y caro que he comprado. No para mi tipo de cabello es lacio y le quería dar un poco de volumen, la sensación es de rigidez en el pelo sin aportar volumen.
