Danzo Diaper Hobo Bag, Chocolate Brown

Admittedly, I just received this bag and haven't put it through the ropes yet. But my initial impression is that it is very well made, classic but not flashy in appearance, and sturdy. I feel good carrying it! The main reason I bought it is because of the deep zippers on the side. No lie, they make it so much easier to rummage through the bag and find things. All diaper bags should have these!I love the idea of the clear plastic pockets with the labels, but they're too small. I have to fold diapers in half to get them into even the biggest pockets, and my baby's clothes (and he's only 2 months old) will barely fit in them. So why have labels for diapers and wipes and clothes when you can barely get them in the biggest pockets, if at all? Also,I wish the bottle holder was insulated, but it's not.Hopefully this bag will last for years, and I can see myself using the clear pockets for things for myself, like makeup, hair clips, pocket change, etc. for a weekend tote bag. But baby stuff, other than a pacifier and the smallest of toys, not so much, unfortunately.

It has a lot of space. Super durable and easy to clean. It started to lose its shape after a year, so we use it as the baby bag for the boat now. For the price i would have expected the shape to stay intact long term. Over all 4 stars because we found an alternate use for the bag

My wife loves it and now I'm able to find things because things are in order and labeled. Well worth the price.

When I was pregnant with our first baby, my husband made me promise not to get one of those horrible diaper bags with Looney Toons characters or something equally horrifying that would make him "lose his man card" if he used it without me. I ordered a lovey Petunia Pickle Bottom bag and he pitched a fit so it was returned. We ended up with the Diaper Dude messenger bag. I decided not to press the issue. Fast forward 18 months later, it is decided that we both needed our own diaper bag and I picked this one.I love this bag. It is SO roomy. I used to have to dig around the DD bag to find stuff and it always seemed so crowded. I put everything that was in the other diaper bag into this one and everything fit into the pockets... I still had the main part of the bag empty.About the pockets - As other reviewers have stated, some of the pockets are small. I think it has three smaller pockets. In one, I was able to get (barely) a carefully folded receiving blanket. In another, I fit a good bit of medical items: half empty, small tube of desitin, small tube of orajel, small bottle of Hyland's teething tablets, and a bottle of Little Remedies fever reducer (tylenol) with syringe. I think that is a lot in one small pocket! The third pocket is empty and I labeled it "Mommy" and currently use it for keys or cell phone, etc. The other pockets, however are roomy. I was able to put quite a bit of snacks and such in one of the bigger pockets: a pouch of applesauce, a single serving pack of graham crackers, a snack baggie of animal crackers, a couple small boxes of raisins, a spoon and some disposable placemats. I had to work to get a shirt, leggings and a pair of socks into another pocket but it worked. Diapers are in one of the outer pockets for us and the wipes are in the outer pocket on the other side.Other pros:I love the zip open to make the bag more accessible. It is a really nice feature.The bag is beautiful. I've received quite a few compliments in the short-ish time I've had it.The labels are cute and there are a TON of them to choose from.The bag is VERY well made. Stitching is nice and leather trim looks nice.Wide seatbelt like material for the shoulder strap is nice. It is soft on your shoulder and doesn't slide off too easily.I don't think I'll need another bag when we decide to have our second... its big enough for two kids I think.Cons:The bag is heavy all by itself. I was worried about this when I unpacked it but decided to give it a try anyway. In the end, I decided that I hardly carried the bag anyway... I usually toss it under the shopping cart at the grocery or clip it to the stroller so I suppose it is no big deal. If it were lighter, I'd have given it 5 stars.When I got it, the part that you grab to zip it up had fallen off. Upon closer inspection, the thing just needed to be crimped down better so I put it back on and my husband crimped it back down with some pliers. He did the same on the other zipper as a precaution.

I bought this bag in orange. I love the color and this bag doesn't look like a dowdy old diaper bag. It's also roomy enough to accommodate any items I've needed thus far (my child is 7 mos old now) and the bottle is easily accessible from within the diaper bag due to its elastic holder. This is where the positive aspects of the bag end.This bag is very heavy. It doesn't matter if I use the handles or the shoulder strap, I'm still thrilled when I have an opportunity to set it down. The organization pockets, while a phenomenal idea, are almost worthless. They're stiff and inflexible. They will hold diaper rash cream, keys, teething gel, mini hand sanitizer - items like that - but if you read the labels they give you such as "wipes" and "toys" and expect to use the pockets for such, you'll be sorely disappointed.I bought this bag in order to stay organized and to avoid diaper bag abyss. The organization pockets are so stiif and inconvenient that I just chuck everything in the center opening (except the bottle) anyway and I've learned to live with the abyss. If I had a do-over, I'd pick a different diaper bag.

Bag is made well but here is the score:PROS-made well, durable-lots of room-lots of pockets-cool velcro labels for inner pockets- looks niceCONS- heavy-zippers on sides of bages open up easily- NO TOP ZIPPER MEANS THINGS FALL OUT OF BAG EASILY. WOULD BE 4 STARS IF THEY HAD A TOP ZIPPER

Very great for organization but does not last through day to day activities. The zipper broke in the side, the metal claps broke off, and loops that connect it to the stroller also broke. I would have hoped it would have lasted longer since I paid so much for it.
