Fresh Habanero Chili Peppers (32 oz. ( 2 lb.))

I ordered two pounds and was very pleased with the shipment. Six were badish or going bad and one or two was crushed a bit. NOTHING to keep me from ordering again. Its as if i went to the grocery store and picked them for myself. My grocery store has been out for over 3 weeks. i found a new place to buy my habaneros again. Order on M, TU or Wed. they do not process orders on Thur or Fri. I ordered Wednesday morning and received my order on following Saturday. I live in rural mid southern MO. Fresh and ready for the cooking. Not overly hot each pepper varies a little bit in intensity. good flavor. good color. good buy.

All these peppers arrived green. Completely unripened and inedible. Some are moldy as well. Very disappointing.

I read the reviews and they were all good for the most part. I was a little hesitant to order these. I have never ordered fresh foods before. I ordered them on Friday (Aug 17) and they came today Monday (Aug 20)... I was blown away how beautiful they were. The colors and size. I wanted to get the 2lb bag but tried the 1lb to be safe and needless to say I am going to get the 2lb bag with NO hesitation. The lighting in my pic is bad but I think it gets the point across. I made some hot sauce with them today. The taste is amazing. So fresh and fruity. The heat and flavor is so much more than local store bought. I would recommend to anyone looking to get some fresh habaneros to not hesitate and get these. Well don't buy em all up because I need to get more..

They were okay. Some were smashed, some were rotten. From the 8 oz I've bought I had to discard an ounce or two. The good ones tasted good.

Yep these are actually fresh habaneros, very spicy and delicious. I've ordered them 3 times and they are always perfect on the outside (a few bruises, but nothing concerning) and 90% are perfect on the inside. 10% of them have strange black shriveled seeds instead of the white seeds they are supposed to have. Those peppers are still edible and delicious, but I throw away those black seeds.

We ordered the 2lb bag in the middle of September. I wasn’t expecting much since I thought the season for the freshest, hottest peppers was nearly over. I was surprised and ecstatic when I received them. They were fresh, the color was beautiful, they were very, very hot and extremely flavorful. I dice them on pizza with chicken, cream cheese, pineapple and olives. I usually use about 10-12 peppers per pizza, which sets the mouth on fire. These did not disappoint. Out of the 2lbs, maybe ten were bad, at most, and those were the very small ones. I will absolutely order again. I only wish they offered an automatic monthly subscription, as we go through them like candy.

Like most everywhere, this July in 2025 has been horribly wet, humid and gross hot. Due to this observation I did not know what I would find when I opened this order. Well let me just say these Habaneros are in excellent condition! The quality and price of these Habs is far better than what I have been able to find in like 6 different stores. I make several Jams and Salsas using Habaneros. I will be purchasing these again!

they look great, except almost all are green, however I wanted fresh ripe ones to make pepper jelly, just not going to work, picture very deceiving , to bad I can't send back
