I used to use a Tangle Teaser brush but it broke so I got the Ninabella one since it's cheaper. I've been using mine for over a year and the amount of shedding on my hair has drastically decreased. I have straight thick hair and I usually shed a lot because my hair gets tangled easily. The Ninabella brush saved my hair. The Ninabella brush is comparable to the Tangle Teaser brush. Only one or two bristles fell off but it's stayed intact. The bristles are also flexible and move with your hair, so it's like a soft massage on my scalp. I love that it's designed to be easily washed. When I washed my previous brushes, the water would get trapped inside the brush. I was so impressed by how soft, gentle, and durable it is, so I got one for my mom and sister and they love it too!

This is a really nice hairbrush that is good for those ones that have curly hair. Think it’s tangled easily. This brush ran through those tangles smoothly. The brush is very lightweight. However, the bristles are stiff and it is a sturdy device. I recommend this for people who have hair that does not get super tight. The brush is very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

This brush is very interesting in my experience, a much better upgrade compared to the Wet Brush brand, paddle brushes, wide tooth comb, and even boars bristle brushes ive tried over the years. and I thought those brushes were pretty decent, until I came across this cool looking brush. I have long fine hair and alot of it. A tender scalp and my hair breaks really easily, though it is pretty healthy. It really does glide through the tangles, even when my hair has been teased has hair product. Using some dry shampoo with this brush makes my hair super fluffy and full. Brushing for me is like 90% painless. Ive experienced a small snag here and there but doesn't compare to the other brushes and combs i thought was good. Brushing feels a lot different than a normal brush, its even less painful than a boars bristle brush. I see less hair on this brush compared to what I have always used. So at the end the day I trusted everyones ratings before buying. And I can also say good things about this brush too. The paddle section of the brush my feel a little flimsy to some people, but I have no problem with it. I think its the design of it is what makes the brushing nice. The handling still feels sturdy. I have not tried it with wet hair, I normally don't brush or comb my hair while its still wet that often. I hope this review helps the next buyer needing a new brush replacement. I may have to do a brush comparison as an update possibly to see how effective it really is.

I am unashamedly an enthusiastic advocate of the Ninabella Detangling Hair Brush. It is the only brush I’ve ever used that detangles without pulling or ripping out hair. I love it so much that I have bought two for myself (one for home, one for travel), one for my niece, and one for a friend. I will continue getting these brushes as gifts for friends who have ‘difficult’ hair. It’s made of a sturdy but lightweight plastic material, and the design is ingenious. The spiral back moves with the shape of your scalp, allowing the plastic bristles to shift and flow through tangles. The bristles are topped with little plastic knobs that keep them from hurting your scalp and help the brush unknot even the most matted hair. It’s so easy to use! My hair is very fine and tangles into mats in the shower. This brush goes through the tangles in less than a minute without damaging my hair. I have stopped using conditioner because with this brush, I found I don’t need it. My niece has ‘natural’ hair that is very curly and gets frizzy. Being very young, she used to cry when my sister tried to brush her hair, even after oiling. They use this brush now, and she doesn’t fight it; she likes playing with and styling her hair now because it’s no longer a painful process. I cannot recommend this brush enough! It’s the best I have ever tried and I love it.

This works well for kids who hate combing their hair due to tangles. It is pretty gentle for kids who complain of pain. My only issue is that ours broke after about 6 months. The outer loop snapped in one place, which caused the whole inside of the brush to fall out handle-less. Ninabela refunded me so I could replace the brush, so I was pleased with their customer service.

My hair has become in the last five years very curly/tangly, and it becomes terribly matted overnight (i've tried silk bonnets to no avail). I had a workhorse brush that hamfistedly got through the tangles (they're often so bad that my mid-back hair becomes shoulder length over a span of three days), but somehow i lost it. How does one lose a brush? I don't know, but I did. After spending a week and a half laboriously releasing the tangles with a wide-toothed comb, searching for the brush every time I had a spare minute, I finally gave up and hit amazon. Read the reviews for this. Was skeptical, but ordered. At the point I ordered, my hair was an absolute rats' nest. Immediately took it out of the box and people, when I tell you this changed my life: IT HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. Got through every single tangle in *maybe* 60 seconds. NO pulls. About a third of the hair I normally see in the brush afterward was there. Absolutely amazing. If you have problem hair, do not hesitate.

Ich habe wirklich sehr lange Haare und das Kämmen nach dem Waschen war für mich immer ein Graus. Gerade nasse Haare zu entwirren hat oft wehgetan, gezogen und genervt. So sehr, dass ich das Kämmen nach dem Waschen teilweise einfach gelassen habe. Diese Haarbürste hat das komplett verändert. Sie gleitet unglaublich sanft durch die Haare, ohne Ziepen, ohne Reißen, ohne Schmerzen. Selbst bei nassen Haaren funktioniert sie perfekt. Ich war ehrlich gesagt überrascht, wie mühelos das geht. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt: Für Kinder ist sie einfach mega. Wer Kinder hat, die Haare kämmen hassen (und welches Kind tut das nicht?), weiß, wie wertvoll eine wirklich sanfte Bürste ist. Kein Gemecker, kein Tränen – das allein macht sie schon jeden Cent wert. Für mich ganz klar: schmerzfrei, ideal für lange & nasse Haare, u.a. auch perfekt für Kinder und hochwertige Verarbeitung. Ich werde sie definitiv noch einmal (vermutlich sogar mehrfach!) nachbestellen. Absolut genial. Und so leicht ;)

Je viens de recevoir cette brosse aujourd’hui et j’en suis vraiment satisfaite ! Dès la première utilisation, j’ai remarqué qu’elle démêle les cheveux en douceur, sans tirer ni casser. Les picots sont agréables sur le cuir chevelu et procurent même un léger effet massage. Elle glisse facilement, même sur cheveux un peu emmêlés, et laisse les cheveux lisses et brillants. En plus, la prise en main est confortable et la brosse paraît solide et de bonne qualité. Très bon achat, je recommande sans hésiter 😊
