Beautiful birdbath with elegant fountain...excellent value for the money. Solar fountain worked perfect except on/off switch didn't turn off. I contacted customer service and dealt with issue in a prompt, professional manner. I am very happy with outcome. BTW, solar battery seems to last much longer than I expected...fountain still running long after sundown.

Really disappointed... for as much money as we spent in this fountain, you need a BRIGHT sunny day for it to even work! Clouds? Not going to run. With today’s technology and solar advances you’d think there’d be a way to have the panels at least hold a charge so that when it’s not in direct sunlight the fountain could at least still run. The advertised pictures are also very misleading. The top tier never fills up enough for the water to even drop out the four drain spouts. It’s basically a bird bath with a tiny trickle of water that works 20% of the time. The power of the fountain is very weak. Waste of money. Gave it one star because it does LOOK nice. But that’s about it. If you want a bird bath, this is a two tiered expensive one with a little shower for the birds if it’s sunny outside.

Lightweight, self-contained, easy to assemble system. Here in South Florida the sun is especially bright so it works exactly as I hoped it would. Be aware of placement as the solar panel is in the top part of the fountain and needs direct sunlight to work properly.

Wanted a water feature in my front garden, and this looks like a good option. I did not want to have a permanent water connection. I have not figured out how to make the little cord connection at the top the hidden, and it's hard to keep it level in the garden. The bees seem to like it. After my initial thought that it wasn't working, realize that on overcast days, it will not work. However on sunny days, it performs perfectly. Here in Florida, I seem to find myself adding a couple of gallons of water to it every few days, which is somewhat inconvenient.

Set this up a few weeks ago. Works well and as described. Was easy to set up. It’s pretty sturdy and solid. Weight is manageable for moving around.

The fountain is perfect, I really like it. Fairly easy to assemble, and I am not mechanically inclined. I dug a shallow hole and filled it with sand. Placed the fountain and leveled it. Works great. Be sure to keep it filled with water. Turn off if going away.

The fountain initially looked great, and the solar design to circulate the water was satisfactory when new. However, after a few months of use, despite being stored in our garage (where it did freeze occasionally), when brought out for Spring use, the body began to disintegrate immediately. It looks like it's been there 5 years when in fact we've only had it since October 2018. We've buried the base in the ground several inches because a good wind would knock this puppy down. Pretty sure it would break into 6-10 major pieces and would be unrecognizable as a fountain. Also, while the connector insulation is durable, but doesn't hold its shape, As a result, the electrical contacts are unpredictable. We've repositioned the cables several times since bringing it back online for Spring. The battery chosen is a good one and worked well with the solar panel size chosen. Cannot recommend this unit.

It sounds great and attracts birds. My previous review stands corrected. Pump could need a bit help. I wish it was little more powerful and I wish upper platform was a bit deeper. Birds love to bath but it is not deep enough and the lower one is too deep. However I have caught some larger birds desperate enough to jump in the lower one and take the risk. But it is worth every cent. Update: It is still going strong after 2 years or daily use. It is rarely without birds. Humming birds are the most aggressive ones. They do not like to share the fountain. Bees and wasps love it too. I see around 8-10 varieties of birds visiting it regularly
