why does one of the reviews say it is not good for large people?

i dont know why they say that,,i am 390 and cant reach my feet,i have to pay 40bucks at the dr office to cut toe nail,, with this tool i can cut the front of toenail,its not as good as the dr but at least it works

There are two listed. What is the difference between the $54 and the $59 one.

The $ 54 had a large clipper with a 4 mm jaw opening. The $59 has a different style of clipper and has a huge jaw opening for very thick toenails.

Some reviews said they are small fingernail clippers hatd to use on toenails. True?

This is a LARGE CLIPPER with a perfectly sized opening for regular or thick toenails...and the blades are sharp, which is good.

How can I be assured that I am purchasing the item that has the black 6 mm clipper as pictured?

I tried twice to get the item pictured and described. Twice I gad to send it back because Amazon sent the 4mm silver clipper. Good luck to you.
