Mixes well with warm water. A little bit of an aftertaste from the dry packs for the first few days, but it goes away.

Excellent product - helps me with muscle growth/retention, especially as I am on a GLP-1 medication.

Best creatine for muscle growth I've tried yet. Within 2 weeks, I felt more fullness in my muscles and improvement in performance in the gym! However, it tastes absolutely horrible and smells like armpit. New staple in my list of supplements though!

Simple directions and dissolves easy. Chalky taste with just water. I advise to mix with flavored drinks

I’m usually tentative to trust claims made by supplement companies, but I have to admit as a 60 year old male that was really struggling with soreness and recovery after workouts and sometimes requiring 48 hrs of recovery, I now have seen a dramatic improvement with recovery and I’m now able to go on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule and if necessary 3 days on with no struggles. Non- flavor mixed with water and no issues with odd odors which are mentioned in a few reviews.

TL is USA based and produces a quality product that is inspected throughout its process. I feel the creatine HMB boosts my energy when needed and mental clarity. I have been using creatine over a year and notice a step up with the HMB.

Great product

After two years taking creatine daily (and for quite some time flirting with the idea of trying the one sold by Transparent labs, given the massive amount of ads I was getting) I decided to try this Creatine HMB. Indeed it’s a bit more expensive than the one I’ve been taking for over 9 months but I considered it could be an investment in my workouts. The taste is terrible and the product doesn’t dissolve well in water and the other brands. In terms of performance results I honestly can’t tell if there were any major improvement.
