Do any come with a wall charger? (110)

Mine did not come with a wall charger.

Says nothing about boost button shown on unit?

The boost button does 2 things…say you plug in a usb light strip that uses really minimal power, it might not register on this and automatically shut off, so pressing the boost button will stop the auto shut off from happening. When jump starting a vehicle, use the boost button by pressing for 3-5 secs until it says boost and then start your vehicle, if this doesn’t work then your vehicles battery is bad as this device is awesome !

Can it charge the car battery?

It is used for jump starting, not charging

The screen is just flashing when I try to charge or power on and won’t do anything but flash all the screen options any reason this might be happening

The screen stays on while you charge it . Press the power button when it's done it stays on for a few seconds press and hold to turn on the flashlight
