Why can't the SATA SSD be recognized after installation?

When using an SSD for the first time, it needs to be formatted and partitioned first. You can use "Disk Management Tool" to format and partition the SSD, and then use it in "Windows Explorer".

Why is the actual capacity of SSD smaller than the advertised capacity?

Because the manufacturer's calculation method is 1TB=1000MB=1000000KB=1000000000B, and the computer system's calculation method is 1TB=1024MB=1024*1024KB=1024*1024*1024B, so the capacity you see is 1TB=(1000*1000*1000)/(1024*1024*1024)TB≈0.93TB.

How to copy data to a new SSD?

Solid (get it?) Product

Boots my PC up in less than a minute and the quality of the cables haven't failed me yet. It's storage compared to its size as well as its price-tag is quite a testament to how advanced and commonplace SSD's are nowadays. It's speed is definitely a plus and it doesn't heat up that much at all. If you want a cheap SSD, whether it's for storage or running your Operating System, this is a good budget choice.

Big Speed Improvement!

I installed this SSD as part of a system upgrade when my older system was becoming sluggish. The new disk cut my bootup time by more than 60% and noticeably improved execution time for all applications my computer. Install was easy although I did use 3rd party disk cloning software.
