I have a bad back and I work from home. I've previously come across no chair that helps my back. I've had a lot of them over the years, from your Office Depot special to a cheap Chinese gaming chair. After my back kept giving me trouble while sitting in said cheap Chinese gaming chair, I made the decision to get the Titan. They'd come highly recommended by other techies and I figured the price would be worth it if it would help me get through work better. I've had it a few days now and have been quite pleased with the product. My back hasn't been troubling me nearly as much. I find myself actually wanting to settle into the chair and let it support me, instead of leaning forward and slouching all the time. The cheap Chinese gaming chair started creaking after a few days. The Titan is still whisper quiet. I fully expect this chair will hold up for many years. The entire frame, including the base, is made of metal. The leatherette covering is soft and supportive. The cushions are sturdy. They may be a little firm at first, but I can tell I'm gently breaking them in. When I was assembling the chair, I knew it was different. Ordinarily, the seat and the backrest are completely separated, and you have to use the arms to connect both pieces. Not the case with the Titan. One of the brackets attached to the seat was locked in place, and you're instructed to fit the backrest to it first. It was locked at an angle that ensured the screws didn't crossthread. After tightening all the screws on old chairs, I could still detect wobbliness between the backrest and seat. Not so with the Titan. It appears to live up to its name. Overall, it is a fantastic product. The price is well worth it.

I really like this XL chair. Being 6'2", I've found it to be appropriately sized – it doesn't feel cramped like some others. Plus, it's incredibly comfortable and feels very durable. It was also a breeze to put together.

This company not only makes a well-designed chair, but spent a lot of time on fit and finish, including the assembly experience. I'll be honest, I was confused at first that the chair shipped with the back supports extended, but when I got the back and bottom assembled and it was time to put the rollers onto the chair, that's when I realized the genius of the setup. Most chairs will have you precariously balancing the seat on top of a highly mobile rolling base; not so SecretLab. Because the seat is assembled with the back extended, you place the chair upside down and put the base on it--stable and secure. That's just an example of the quality of the assembly process; the instruction card with images large enough to be placed at a distance but still be readable, the small pieces in separate boxes depending on assembly step, etc. all speak to a dedication to quality. That quality extends to the chair itself, but multiple reviews have been written on that already. All I feel I need to say there is that they're correct--this is an amazing chair that I expect to get significant use of for a long time.

Still gaming like a shrimp but super comfy and the quality is nice. The packaging is top tier. I bought one for my boyfriend as well. Ive been sitting in mine for 3+ years and other than my cat using the arm rest to dig his nails in before he hops in my lap, its still in perfect condition due to the high quality its made in.

I have bought 2 of these chairs for my sons and both love them. They are well built and very comfortable. It’s nice they build an extra large because one son is 6’4” so it fits him great. You definitely get what you pay for so the price is worth it. I definitely recommend.

It's a sturdy and very heavy duty chair to be sure. The seat and back cushion are extremely firm, almost like a solid surface. Hard to get used to. Could be a tad softer. The XL size of this chair is enormous! The minimum recommended height is 5'11" and I'm 6'1" 215 lbs. Even still it feels too big. I have to lower the chair all the way down or my feet don't touch the floor when I tilt back. Armrests are very wide apart but thankfully the 4D adjust lets you narrow them a bit. I think the regular size would be better for someone my height and weight. Get the XL if you're super tall and/or overweight. But as I said, good build quality, the lumbar adjustment is very nice as are the adjustable arms with swappable elbow pads. Very stylish and lowkey aesthetics unlike the garish colors of other chairs. All in all, I'm not blown away by this $650 chair. But if it lasts a long time I will be content.

I tried this and the Kaiser 3 Chair, ended up with this chair because while the Kaiser 3 was a great chair, it had two large plastic holes that sat on my shoulder blades. The secretlab Chair looks and feels smaller, but is ultimately comfortable and sturdy. I'm 5'11, 180lbs and I went with the Regular size chair. It's perfect as is for me, but if I was 6'1 or taller I would probably look at getting the XL variant. I was using a $100 no name chair from Amazon for the last 3 years, so this was an amazing upgrade. The assembly was super straightforward and easy to set up by myself. The instructions were very clear and the packaging was secure.

This product is absolute garbage. This company is trash. DO NOT BUY. I cannot stress this enough. The chair itself is okay. But it is still mediocre at best. It’s imply a chair. Nothing special or better about it than any other gaming chair 1/5 of its price. The company is absolute black hole. My item was delivered broken. I assembled it and notice the arm rest is broken and destroyed. It will not work or lock and the plastic is cracked. Now while this might not happen to everyone, contacting the company is impossible. There is no phone number. No way of receiving your refund. Believe these reviews. This entire thing is closer to a SCAM than anything. I rarely leave reviews unless it merits one in one direction or another. This is the WORST, product I have ever purchased through Amazon. It’s a giant assembly box and an absolute hassle to return to begin with. You can’t ask for just a single spare part. I have never been so annoyed and upset with a purchase. $650 WASTED. I REPEAT, BUY FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. SECRET LABS IS A SCAM AND THE WORST COMPANY IMAGINABLE. THEY ARE TRASH DO NOT BUY.

Deze stoel is gewoon prachtig. Je merkt gewoon dat hij met veel zorg en aandacht is vervaardigd. Hij biedt uitstekend comfort en heeft een stijlvol en chic uiterlijk.

Verpackung sehr sauber, jedes Teil sicher verpackt. Der Aufbau mit dem mitgeliefertem Werkzeug und Schutzunterlagen problemlos. Lässt sich sehr gut einstellen, feste, stabile Polsterung. Der Stuhl ist so gut daß ich mir sofort noch einen 2ten bestellt habe

Nada mas ver el embalaje al detalle de todos los accesorios te das cuenta que estas ante un producto TOP. El precio que pagas por algo así no lo veo mal. Vengo de una silla NACON y para los que tienen este tipo de silla barata, el cambio es brutal en mi opinión. Excelente en todos los sentidos esta silla. Si realmente quieres algo cómodo y premium esta es tu silla..

Sin duda unsa silla de calidad, super bien hecha, firme pero cómoda y el respaldo miy bien junto con la almohada para la nuca de memoryfoam esta excelente sin duda aunque esta mas cara que el precio normal por la importación y no se que mas, valio la pena pero si la pueden conseguir más barata sería lo mejor.
