Best thing i ever got. i didn't get the chance to use it for my tank but i did get to use it for my terrariums and it nice. its, durable, thick, function is nice and helpful for my needs in plants and terrariums. worth its money. only regret is that i didn't buy more then. i will buy again!

originally thought product was far thinner than advertised. Apparently it needs to be soaked, because it is vacuum sealed for shipping.

I thought this would be half an inch. Is only 1/4" thinck. Will return for thicker size.

J’ai reçu l’éponge filtrante ALEGI pour aquarium et elle a l’air de bonne qualité. Les différentes densités (30 PPI, 40 PPI, 60 PPI) offrent de la flexibilité selon le type de filtration souhaité. Le matériau semble solide et bien conçu. Je ne l’ai pas encore testée dans l’aquarium, donc je ne peux pas encore juger de son efficacité réelle, mais pour le moment l’emballage et la qualité semblent prometteurs.

I bought this sponge 4 years ago and I still use it to this day. Continues to do its job effectively. Great durability and quality definitely a long-lasting filter pad worth buying.

Wow after following the instructions...couldn't believe the size of it!! Should last along time!! Worth it!!

Sponge was very condensed but this does come with instructions on how to bring back the sponge pieces to original size. I put one piece in warm water for 10minutes. Rinse, cut what I needed and it worked out really well. Great purchase.
