Luster Dust for Decorating
FYI I purchased the box of four small containers of luster dust. I used the gold one and the silver one. I went to open the red dust and realized that the sealing band that that peels off was missing. It was like someone used it and returned the box and the others wee sealed. I was a little surprised! Thank you
