So far so good. Little less polished than I expected but nice. My hand fits it well. Only took some test swings, and it feels solid. You can tell it's hand made but it's made very well. Gave it 4 starts for now because I haven't used it much yet. I'm pretty hard on tools. Will put to the test, but so far I love it. Keep up the good work! So it's 2023 now,and I still love it. I've put it through a lot of work and the only thing that has come up is the head has loosened up a bit. Don't think that it will fly off, and what wooden handle tool doesn't now and then? Loosen up over time that is (not go flying). Would still recommend 👌

Packaging could have been a little more secure, I had no damage to my axe but I could see some mail carriers not being gentle with it and damaging the axe. Right out of the box, the axe blade was super sharp. I didn't get to test out the adze blade other than a few test hacks at an old log, seems pretty solid though. Overall the axe is pretty durable and well made. I like the handle, I have large hands and the grip feels comfortable, I saw a few reviews that said the handle was too bulky, but it works well for me.

Happy with this product. It takes a little while to ship but it came sharp and ready to go. Finding a sheath is a little tricky I just wrap it in leather

Awesome tool very sharp and light weight for a long day of swinging it chipping away at logs it didn’t kill my arm. Only the head popped off and I had to glue it and add two mason screws to the handle and now it’s perfect, not as good looking but does what it should now.

From the excellent design and functionality to the very comfortable handle, this hatchet is a winner. I made a leather case for it and recommended you do the same. I will be buying one more to give as a gift!

Given a r star due to looks and sharpness of it. Doesn't come with sheath but it's ok I'll make one myself. Very little great for back packing size and weight. As you can see in pic's of the length. That's what it off throwed me, till I got it in hand.

The sharpest ever!! both ends ! Seriously, keep a bandaid nearby. I made a leather cover for it to keep it harmless while packing. You normally would not expect an item this stout to be so razor sharp but it far exceeded my expectations.
