Karen Carpenter's voice is so easy to listen to, and their sound never gets old. Review: Mellow Sounds - Nobody ever beat the mellow sound of Karen Carpenter to sing along to! I have this CD for my sound system in my home, but wanted one for in my car. Being older, I want to stick with a CD instead of a streaming app...I know that makes me old fashioned, but I don't care...I like what I like. These are most of my favorite Carpenter songs and I love to be able to listen and sing along as I drive or ride. The CD is of excellent quality and arrived promptly.
