Does chest measurements as bust or straight chest measurements?

Sorry never measured. Husband 132 lbs, 5.6, fi small fits with room to spare. Not skimpy, doesn’t swallow him up. Fits him perfect and he is very pleased with this jacket.

I am about 5'8" tall and 165#. The sleeves aren't tight, just a bit short for me. I am not saying it looks bad, just that the fit could have been better if the sleeves were about 1/2 to an inch longer.
