I ordered this set but usb water pump not pushing water enough, it's not forming the mushroom bell. please recommend a 12volt dc pump for this?

Dear friends, I don’t have pumps for sale at the moment. You can buy them from other sellers on Amazon. As long as they are DC pumps (note: please pay attention to the interface size when buying), I think their water pressure is sufficient. I wish you a happy use.

Will this work with Pennington 5/1 filter

It did not work with my Pennington 300, just not enough water pressure to drive it properly.

Will this work with 1/2 inch non threaded outlet?

It should; it is 1/2" and comes with some adaptive parts.

Where are the instructions for the attachments? Most parts do not fit together....

I have found the same problem but with a little bit of sandpaper you can take up a little bit of the flashing from production and they should fit tightly, also found that if you run the ends under hot water momentarily they become pliable a bit and should fit together
