You can test the inner tyer by inflating to the max pressure and see how much time the tube needs to get the minimum pressure, regarding this one, almost one week and you will find it on the minimum pressure. So it isn't a big deal to inflate it weekly but of course, other inner tubes I tried save pressure inside more than one month!
