I was very happy with how well this stayed in place, and the ease of pain-free removal. However, I do have sensitive skin, and I ended up with raised pores that itched like crazy after removal. The tape was removed about a week ago, yet I still have the irritation and visibly red, inflamed pores on my leg. So I wouldn't personally use this again due to that.

This is great for covering stitches after surgery that need a little extra help with surgical tape. It will peel off very easy without hurting your skin.

Been using this for over two years for nightly mouth taping. I use about a 1” strip and place in the center of my mouth, half on top lip and half on bottom. If I need to speak or drink I can just lift it off the bottom lip and then replace when ready. It re-sticks amazingly. It also doesn’t bother my skin at all. The benefits of mouth taping are wonderful. No cavities at recent dental visit, for the first time in a long time! Deeper, more restful sleep. No snoring. I recommend it 100%. I have used other tapes and they are awful compared to this. I’ll never be without it!

I seem to be allergic to the surgical white strips, the regular paper tape, and the large adhesive patches they use to keep IVs in place. But this tape has been great and I've had no reaction to it! Easy to remove also. The adhesive isn't as strong as some of the others, but that's fine.

I have studying up the benefits of mouth taping and had decided to give it a try. I needed to find tape that work for this. I tried regular scotch tape and it actually worked ok but I wanted something a little more supportive and reliable. After reading the reviews on this tape l, and seeing that it seemed to be recommended for mouth taping, I decided to give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It stays on nicely. There is no pain in having it on or taking it off. It comes right off painlessly. It definitely has a strong hold, stronger than the scotch tape and stays on until I take it off. I also like that it doesn’t feel to constrictive. I just leave my lips slightly loose and open and put the tape vertically down the middle of my mouth and that works best for me. I can still breathe through my mouth if I choose to but it generally keeps my mouth closed for nasal breathing. If I put too much of my night face serum on above my lip it has a bit of trouble sticking so I have to be conscientious of that when I am doing my evening pampering routine. Other than that I am very pleased with this Nexxus tape and will continue to order it and experience the benefits of nighttime nasal breathing for better health.

This is the best tape I have used while applying lash extensions. In the photo I have used both the gel pad and the tape but the tape on its own is just as effective. I do think that it is a bit too thick which is why I usually just split it in half to get a thinner strip to apply. I avoid using it for clients whose eyes tend to get watery because I find that the adhesive on the tape becomes very gooey and starts to stick to the tweezers and extensions. Overall a great product and very good for people with skin sensitivity.
