Do these glow in a black light? For easy viewing... under a black light?

That would be cool but unfortunately, they do not.

How many frets are covered in a pack?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Frets 1 through 18 are covered.

Will these be OK for a classical Guitar?

Hello, Thank you for your question. Yes, they will work on a classical guitar. The neck is a bit wide so the decals will not line up perfectly but they will work.

Do you have a version for Open G tuning such as used on a dobro or lap steel?

Hello, Thank you for your question. I'm sorry but we do not have any for alternate tuning at this time.
