Keeps sliding down
I like this product but it keeps sliding down. I have to fix it often which is a struggle sometimes and that's not ideal because I'm still healing and it kind hurts having to keep fixing it. Which is why I give it 3 stars.

surgery
A few months ago, I had surgery and really needed this lower back foam. Honestly, it worked 100% for me! I highly recommend it.

Good for day compression but falls out at night
I really liked the firmness of it but it would probably work best in a faja vs a waist trainer because it always kept falling out of my trainer no matter how tight I had it and obviously you want your faja to look slim with no bulges. Other than that, it felt good for compression just don’t sleep in it!

So thin
The first two picture show the product on the left.this border is sooo thin and flimsy. I bought it because I lost the original I bought on the right. You can see the comparison of how thick the other one is. Using this particular board with my Faja has not left any indentation or compressions while being used. I have to use my wrap in order to even feel some type of compression compared to the thicker board that does add compression and forms a shape for my abdomen. I was trying to save money and I bought this one because it was cheap cheaper but now you can see the quality really matches it’s value.

Parfait
Parfait pour mettre dans le vêtement de compression suite a une abdominoplastie. A aidé a ne pas faire de plis et laisser mon ventre bien lisse une fois assise. Je sens mon ventre bien protégé et sera définitivement très utile a mon retour au travail.
