Truroots Organic Chia Seeds, 12 oz

First time trying chia seeds that you soak at home; I put a mug of milk with 3 tablespoons of chia seed in it in the fridge at 11A and drank it at 10P. The seeds were clumped together but after stirring them apart, I ate it all and it was gently chewy and overall sweet from the milk- so delicious, a new routine for me for sure! Yum~

Chia seedsI love chia seeds but my store stopped caring the brand I usually buy so I found these on Amazon.I was impressed with the truRoots quinoa so I decided to give the chia seeds a try.I’m not impressed with these chia seeds.I’ve never had really smelly chia seeds before but these have a weird smeel to them. And they taste really funny.They say they don’t expire for a year but I’m pretty sure they have gone rancid.

These are the best sprouted mung beans I have found. Delivery is quick as well.

I was not sent what was advertised. I specifically wanted the item in this packaging because these sprouted lentils can be eaten raw. Instead of being told it would not be the same as advertised I was sent a different lentil which must be cooked. Not cool.

Could not get any to grow from two bags that I bought.

Tastes really good! Just made some the other day.

Quick and easy to prepare and very healthy! After cooking, I add garlic and onion powder along with sea salt and olive oil and serve with wild rice as a super healthy side dish for lunch or dinner.

Weird after soaking over night and until the afternoon it still was stillnhard and never softened . not sure what I did wrong
