Soul Of Chant, The

There is Gregorian Chant music, but this is more Catholic Centric, it is the best. If you buy any Chanting music, make it this one or the same Order on this CD.

This CD is not a chant record that I've heard the like before. This particular one was recorded with a church organ, and not a synthesizer. As the title says, it's a "Kyriale" and so has 5 different High Mass chants for Kyrie, Gloria, Credo, Sanctus and Agnus Dei. This has to be my favorite.

I find these cds of the monks so relaxing. They are the next best thing to actually being there. I have a dozen or so of different ones, including this one. I love each and every one.
