Zéro, nul !!!!! Livraison dans les délais par contre dans l'emballage il manque un outil et pas des moindre la partie qui sert à récupérer la puce, ça commence. Même après plusieurs tentatives impossible de faire fonctionner les cartouches sur deux différentes, l'imprimante ne veut pas les reconnaitre. Même si vous mettez masqué sur l'écran de l'imprimante, elle ne fonctionne plus. Même si vous avez changé que 2 cartouches elle ne fonctionne plus du tout! Bien entendu il va de soit que vous êtes obligé de déballer pour essayer. Maintenant pour le remboursement on fait comment?
