Awesome as usual.
I have been using Comply foam for my headphones for about 6 months now. A couple of highlights: 1) They are ridiculously comfortable. 2) They fit perfectly. 3) Noise isolation is the best I have had in any types of headphones. 4) High durability. 5) Noise isolation and comfort means I can listen at lower volumes and avoid possible long term noise issues. Some "cons" -It does take a bit longer to compress the foam and get them to fit in your ear, but once you get a good fit they can be worn much longer than typical rubber tips. I consider this a worthy trade-off for long term comfort. Overall - These are an awesome purchase, I highly recommend.

Significantly better sound over the original manufacturer tips and are also very comfortable
I bought these for my MEE M6 Pro that I have had for a couple of years now. Up til now i have only been using the tips that came with the M6s but decided to try new tips as the original ones were getting loose and kept falling off. I bought the Medium 200s and instantly noticed a huge difference. The bass is a lot deeper and the sound is fantastic. Only downside is that these really do a great job of isolating the sound (as IEMs are supposed to do) and so I do not hear people talking to me when I am wearing them at work (in an office setting, I am not a musician). I have the volume on my phone at about 40% and cannot hear conversations around me at all. They are very comfortable compared to the grey plastic tips I was using and have no problems using them for prolonged periods of time. Highly recommended!

I love the way the Comply tips make a good seal ...
I used these with my BeoPlay H3 ANC headphones. I love the way the Comply tips make a good seal with my earbuds. Excellent isolation for listening on the train. The seal is so good, that it is painful for me if the buds are unexpectedly yanked out of my ears by a caught cable. I suppose that's not Comply's fault; it's the cable's. My one real complaint is that these foam pads don't last nearly as long as rubber earbud tips. They wear out with use and I find that I the tips start breaking down and need to be replaced. Fortunately for me, the 6-pack is on track to last me an entire year of rough, waxy-eared use and replacements are pretty cheap.

Perfect, for certain situations. Not without their downfalls, though.
I *love* these tips, aside from two things. You've read countless reviews, so I won't go too much into the stuff I love about these tips, as it's all the same stuff as others have written/said. Comfy, sound great, seal great, etc. But, I do have a few complaints about them. First, they're more difficult to insert into the ear than their silicone counterparts. That is kind of an "of course" statement, but it's my biggest complaint with them. Instead of just a simple stick-em-in-and-go, it's more a roll-squeeze-insert-holdfor10seconds-go, which is far more involved. It's usually worth it for the improvement in fit (and thereby sound quality), but it's still a PITA, and sometimes I just don't want to deal with it. Second, cleaning these things is a pain, too. Maybe I have over-active earwax glands (or whatever makes the stuff), but even with cleaning my ears regularly (read: daily, and thoroughly), these things pick it up like friggin' magnets. And they're kind of a pain to clean. Whereas with silicone tips, you can just pop them off and run them under some water, these are foam, and that's not really ideal. Instead you gotta run q-tips soaked in alcohol through them, and taking them off/putting them on your IEMs is a bit of a pain, too. Speaking of, these are far more fragile than their silicone competitors. You can't just grab them and pull them off, as that's a pretty good way to get the stem in the center torn right out, rendering the tips useless. (This is actually exactly why I bought these, because the ones included with my MeeAudio M6 Pros tore right out the first time I tried to remove them. No warning anywhere, so that was a lesson learned.) It's not impossible to remove and install even old pairs of these tips, it just requires a lot more attention paid to make sure you're not gonna tear them apart. And last complaint, they suck when they get sweaty. I love to have IEMs in when I'm doing chores, like washing dishes (yes, no dishwasher right now), and mowing the lawn, and tidying up around the house, and washing the car, and... You get the idea. These activities, aside from doing dishes, usually get at least a little sweat going, and always within the ear canal. Maybe I'm weird like that, I've never taken a poll or looked into whether people sweat in their ears or not, but either way, I do. And once these things get the slightest bit of sweat on them, they completely lose any ability to grip whatsoever, and just pop right out of my ears, no matter what I do. Unless I carry a bottle of rubbing alcholo and q-tips around, to clean both my ears and the tips, which even if I did that, as soon as they went back in, I'd have maybe a few minutes before it was a problem again. I know they make sport versions, which I imagine work better when sweaty, so maybe at some point down the line I'll buy those and see how well they work. One problem (possibly) solved. All these complaints laid out like this, and I'm still giving them 4 stars? Yes. They are great tips, in the right situation. When my car has been broken down, and I've had to take the bus for 2 hours to get to and from work? Perfect. They block out the crazy homeless lady screaming at the bus driver, and allow me an opportunity to politely ignore her to the sounds of Desert Sessions, or maybe Portishead, or some Tool, depending. They are stupidly comfortable. They sound phenomenal (so long as your IEMs sound phenomenal). For certain situations, they are absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, for the situations in which I am typically wearing IEMs, they kinda suck a little. If you made it this far, thanks for reading. Hopefully this information can help you make a slightly more well-informed buying decision.

Comfortable and great for noise isolation
Great replacement tips for ear buds. Easy to change, do a good job of isolating external noise.

For what I need and want, these covered EXACTLY what I needed.
I am currently using these with MEE MX3 Pro IEM's (Also packaged with these as an upgradeable ear tip to try out). Worked so well, I bought the package separately for these. For myself, they fit EXTREMELY well, especially for the gigs my band has. I wanted to ensure the IEM's I used do not slip out or cause discomfort when using. When compressed and fitted into my ears, the foam expanded and isolated what I needed to hear during a performance. I could have purchased the other tips for better fitment, but when these were packaged with the IEM's, I didn't feel the need to go any further than these. Again, SUPER Comfortable, and didn't cause any pressure on the ear canals that would cause any discomfort. So comfortable that I DO NOT want to remove one to hear the band in live situations (didn't use with mic'd drum set, even though I'm constantly trying to keep in time with the snare visually, rather than audubly), but the occasion I am forced to on the fly. Not an issue with refitting with the foam, but time consuming when the rest of the band is waiting, and you're still trying to compress, fit, then establish a fit over the ear to prevent any removals. Not a knock on these, just the potential on upgrades that I still need to research for my needs... For now, though, and until I find something that can replace the isolation these give me, I will keep using these. I may buy back-up's to try other styless of eartips (Silicone, Hybrids, etc) and the perfect size as to not to be compressing to fit into my ears. Otherwise, for what I need, these are it.

but they work wonderfully. I have the Fender FXA2 Pro in ear ...
Expensive, but they work wonderfully. I have the Fender FXA2 Pro in ear monitors for playing drums. The Fender silicone earbuds are extremely uncomfortable and difficult to get seated in my ears. The Comply tips are fantastic, and once inserted, they provide great sound isolation. I wear these for 3 hours straight at bar gigs and they remain comfortable that whole time. Highly recommend, especially for musicians!

I love Comply foam tips
I love Comply foam tips, but I've had serious durability issues with this particular model. In the past I've been able to clean my tips with hydrogen peroxide and re-use them for several months, but I'm lucky to get a month out of these before the foam detaches from the inner tube. I'm hopeful that Comply can fix the problem with the adhesive since these tips are fairly pricy to keep replacing.
