How do you mount this on an articulating arm with a shock mount without covering the buttons?

I used a Sabra-Som SSM1 Universal Shockmount and the buttons are accessable.

Is the microphone returnable during covid?

Products purchased from retailers provide return policies and procedures on certain items. Check with your retailer.

can this plug in an android phone with usb c to record in the phone?

Should have no problem. Best to check the compatibility guide on Presonus’ website to make sure it works with your device.

Would this work well with 32 ohms impedance headphones?

They work fine with 32-ohm headphones. When you start getting up there to 300 ohms etc, however, it gets a bit quiet. It's still usable but won't drown out a room.
