It’s a fantastic addition to my cookware. It does not need high heat for browning and holds heat well well. It comes out clean from the dishwasher every time. It can also go into the oven for roasting!

I haven't had the chance to cook with my new Made In saucier yet since I’ve been busy mastering my frying pan, but I am already impressed. The design is beautiful, and the size feels absolutely perfect for what I have planned. I’m looking forward to using it for one-pan pastas and stews. It looks like the ideal capacity to cook a meal for two people, but it’s definitely spacious enough to handle a recipe for four as well. It feels sturdy and well-made. I can't wait to get it on the stove and see what it can do!

Very even heating on an induction cooktop with a reasonable weight. Good overall quality and easy to clean.

Needed a replacement sauté pan and decided to try Made In. It is a nice piece and works well. A bit harder to clean than a non-stick, but that’s to be expected. I expect t get a lot of use out of it and that it will last for years.

We’ve had this pan for about a month now, and it’s a daily use item. I purchased it to replace a 3qt pan we’d had for 13yrs and finally wore out. This one seems to be heavy duty, durable, and high quality. I will say that for a 3.5qt it actually feels slightly smaller than our old one, we may explore the 5qt in the future. Based on the performance so far, I would not hesitate to purchase from Made In again.

This is a forever quality pan. It is the second piece I purchased. The weight is substantial but not a burden like cast iron. It conducts heat so well that a lower temperature is needed vs other cookware I’ve used. It is well worth the investment. I am super pleased with it!

This pan does not have the shiny interior or exterior that other brands do. So do warm the pan and add oil. I can't say that the shiny makes a bit of difference as I've tried many that claim to be the best. Ceramic is nice nonstick but heavy. This pan warms nicely, cooks evenly and is easy to maneuver in my hand. Other's handles get hot or the handle doesn't fit my hand. Stainless Clad seems to work the best and cooks evenly. So far using wooden or silicon spatulas and spoons have kept me from marring the cooking surface of this pan. The lid fits well without locking down like others do and the slight slope returns the cooking juices to the pan. So far I'm at 4.6 stars.

This pan is fabulous.

I've been using this now anywhere from three to six times a week for months and it's the best pan I own. It hasn't warped and cooks everything perfectly. Google how to cook using stainless steel and practice a bit before giving up on it. There is a learning curve if you've only ever used non-stick pans.

Reçu avec un jour de retard, mais pas grave. Donc qualité Made in Cookware au rendez-vous, superbe sauteuse, très bonne prise en main, je pense que ça va être un véritable plaisir de cuisiner avec. Le saucier est au top du top, donc la sauteuse le sera aussi. Vraiment très content. 👌👍👍✌️
