What womens size is equivalent to your xxxl? Or up to a certain weight?

I am having a problem with this order, the original order was not received, but billed. When I re-ordered, they asked me to return the first order, which was never received. Now they are sending me an email, which I can not respond to, stating they are going to bill me for the second order, because I have not returned the first order, which I never received.
