Its a good product posting this review after a year usage and its still in a good shape . Rubber wheels are in great condition the bag stiching also in good shape overall its worth the money.

Customer feeling cheated
Amazon is not taking return of the product despite finding it of poor quality, in stead they are replacing it with another unit.......their website doesn't have any option for complete refund.....it's direct cheating method adopted to push sell the material

The product supplied is durable, convenient to handle and useful for aged person to transport vegetables etc from vendor to house. Reasonably priced.

The price and quality good
The carrier bag is good but you got to take it first to the cobbler he will stitch a small band on either side so the bag gets attached to the metal bar and will be steady two small band bottom too then bag is steady will not shake or fall it will be great use even if your shoulders pain or back pain this is a ideal shopping trolly I

Old's Friendly
It's easy to pull and stand ... good for Old-age as they use to bring fruits and vegetables from so far and regular fresh!

Good Quality
Ordered a black colored trolley bag and am not able to find any flaw in it. Though I had to watch the YouTube video to fix the wheels but it's worth it. Feel of trolley is of strong built quality and same with the bag. Happy to get it on time.
