Extremely happy with the service (refund), even though I expected better quality.
Somewhere the size was misleading. I expected 50 x 75 cm. These pillows are flimsy, flat and smaller. I requested a return and was very happy to receive a refund, while keeping them.

Not the best
It is ultra light and soft and that's not a good thing to have it has no weight it provides little to no support,I am using it on my chair to prevent back pain it works fine for that, I don't recommend it for people who want it for neck support
