Polyform PFMAS2030 AS2030 Sculpey Bead Baking Rack

It's easy to use just wish it was larger to hold more beads. Was using starch on the bottom of my pan to help with flat burnt spots but sometimes it gets intended into the clay so much it alters the color of my beads.

Just like all Sculpey products, this is fantastic. I found other ways to use the tools while creating too. I respec Sculpey for not selling their products for less than the companies they sell to. That shows just how classy this business is. Enjoy, it is a good buy~

I use this product to bake polymer beads. I use it a lot. I have some dissatisfaction with it in that I put the the rack on a wire shelf in the oven. It often slips and slides off the rack and onto the hot shelf. Sometimes the beads fall off onto the heat source. Very irritating! I now put the rack on 2 tiles, hoping they won't separate. So far, so good - but it was once the occurence of a burn to my hand on the oven parts. I'd like to see a locking mechanism on the wires, so they won't slide off the rack. That would be an immediate improvement (and surely I would get some examples for my idea :) Thanks. Mary Finn finnm3514@gmail.com

Very good quality

I haven't had a chance to actual bake with it yet, but it's very sturdy and constructed well. The pins are nice and sharp, and smooth...great for piercing holes in balls and to stringing across. I also love that it can used to cut canes as straight and thin as I want, or at an angle. Great product.

It's easy to use and I also use it to dry my beads when I varnish them.

I use this item often when making polymer clay beads. If you just take the staples out of one side of the package, you can store the wires and the wire holder inside of the package. Wonderful Set.

This is not the double rail that the skewers sit on. It's a weird assembly of one triangular metal piece for one end of the skewer, and the skewer itself has a sort of triangular end on it, to hold it up off the bottom. It's awkward... very little room for beads. Not recommended. I, personally, will keep looking for the "box frame" version.
